Nevermore Privacy Policy

Nevermore is a Chrome extension that visualizes how much time remains across multiple scales of time. It can display the percentage remaining in the minute, hour, day, week, month, year, and—optionally—life, based on a user-entered birthday and expected lifespan. Users can also create optional custom trackers for personal date ranges.

Information Nevermore uses

If you configure the life gauge, Nevermore stores your birthdate and expected lifespan. Nevermore also stores your preferred display mode, preferred week start day, and any optional custom trackers you create, including each tracker's title, start date, and end date.

Where the information is stored

Nevermore uses the Chrome Storage Sync API so these settings and custom trackers can follow you across Chrome instances where sync is enabled. Nevermore does not operate a server that receives this information.

Sharing, analytics, and advertising

Nevermore does not sell, share, or transfer your settings or custom tracker information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. Nevermore does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or browsing-history access.

Permissions

storage — used only to save your optional life-gauge settings, display preference, week-start preference, and custom trackers.
